30-Day Returns
If you're not happy with your Record Frame, contact us at hello@brightsplay.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Unopened items in original packaging qualify for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is at your expense, and we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item at our facility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
90-Day Warranty (Damaged or Defective Items)
Every Record Frame is covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery. If your frame arrives damaged or stops working within 90 days, email us with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll make it right with your choice of a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. If we need the unit back, we'll provide a prepaid return label — you'll never pay to return a defective product.
Reservation Deposits
Reservation deposits are fully refundable at any time before your unit ships. Email hello@brightsplay.com from the address used at checkout and we'll process it within 5 business days. Deposits do not expire, and you'll never be charged the remaining balance without confirming your order first.
